Bio

Lai Wai Kit is an adjunct faculty with National University of Singapore. His modules are focused on consulting and marketing.

Wai Kit is a management consultant with 10+ years of experience in large-scale digital transformation. He is now a Partner with EY-Parthenon, previously with Temus (digital tech venture incubated by Temasek Holdings) and Kearney. He has led $10+M programs across SEA and ANZ.

Wai Kit is also active in the start-up scene, with experience across F&B, real estate, blockchain, agri-commodity and content platforms. His first venture in 2007 was at NUS where he designed a Deliveroo-type business model (on website and SMS) focused on dim sum cuisine.

He graduated from INSEAD MBA (distinction) and NUS BBA (first class honors), with the NUSS Gold Medal as the cohort’s most well-rounded graduand.
