About BeWork

Behavioral work productivity (BeWork) is an inter-disciplinary project to study behavioural approaches to increasing work productivity. The project draws scholars with expertise in applied microeconomics, behavioural science, and optimisation. It is funded by the Social Sciences Research Council with $1.63 million from 2023-27.

CALLING C-LEVEL BUSINESS LEADERS

Foreign workers are a sensitive issue for Singapore businesses. The government wants to cut back on foreign workers. Yet businesses rely on foreign workers to staff jobs that locals shun. This study aims to better understand the contribution of foreign workers to business productivity.
