Dr Irene Elisabeth de Pater is an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School, Department of Management and Organization. Prior to joining NUS, she was an Assistant Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
